Provided that the Company meets the conditions stipulated in the capital markets regulations, and obtains the necessary permits and/or operating licenses from the Capital Markets Board (Board), the Company can establish and manage venture capital funds, and market and distribute the shares of the funds that it has established, or it is managing.

The Company has the following operating license issued under the articles 40 and 55 of the Capital Markets Law numbered 6362. The license is dated 24.09.2019, and numbered GSPYŞ/PY.3/1217.
