The Company may engage in the marketing and distribution of the participation shares of venture capital funds of which it is the founder or manager, and the establishment and management of venture capital funds, provided that it meets the conditions stipulated in the capital markets legislation and obtains the necessary permits and/or authorization certificates from the Capital Markets Board (Board).

The Activity Authorization Certificate dated 24.09.2019 and numbered GSPYŞ/PY.3/1217, which was prepared within the framework of Articles 40 and 55 of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, was issued.
