TIMUS Venture Capital Investment Fund (VCIF);

The name of the Fund is inspired by the lymph gland in the human body named thymus. The Fund aims to invest in hospitalization, laboratory, imaging, medical software and biomedical technology (excluding pharmaceuticals) ventures and applications. It also aims to invest in renewable energy solutions, real estate technologies and smart city technologies related to the healthcare sector. These areas are mainly energy storage systems, power plant investments, renewable energy based technologies, renewable energy powered vehicle technologies, electromobility and renewable energy technologies and energy efficiency, data storage and analysis technology solutions, data and management, management and operation solutions, project management solutions, property management and leasing, property management technology, smart building solutions, virtual imaging solutions, green building, green office, green transformation, renewable building energy technologies and energy efficiency in the field of green and digital technologies. It aims to invest in applications, solutions and initiatives in these areas. However, the Fund may also invest in sectors outside these sectors if appropriate investment opportunities arise.
